ONTARIO STUDENTS DEPARTURE - JUNE 27


Air France flight 351 Terminal 3 depart Toronto 18:40 (6:40 pm) arrive Paris 08:00 (June 28)
A Pre-Departure Meeting will take place on June 27 at the Four Points Hotel, 6257 Airport Road. Please note that due to space restrictions, only the exchange student and parent(s) can be admitted to the meeting room. Other family members will be asked to wait in the hotel lobby or lounge. Students not attending the meeting are asked to be at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure, and to check in with ISE staff and group escorts at the Air France International Departures Area. On the arrival day (June 28) the students will have a bus tour and visits to a few of the major sites in Paris, and will stay overnight at the Htel IBIS Paris CDG Airport. The Ontario escorts and exchange officials will remain with the group throughout the arrival program. The following morning (June 29), the students will be met by their host family OR will travel by plane or train to their host community. Internal travel details are printed on the reverse.

Ontario families should plan to be at Terminal 3 at 4:05 pm to meet the Ontario students. When everyone has arrived, the group will go over to Terminal 1 to meeting the French students and their escorts when their flight arrives at 5:21 pm. ISE Staff will be on hand in both terminals to meet students and families.

Please plan to bring the visiting students to the airport at least three hours before departure time to meet ISE staff.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE :

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The ISE SPORTS BAG must be used as your only carry-on baggage, maximum 12 kg (26 lbs). It is required for group identification purposes and has been designed to meet the size restrictions enforced by the airline. All personal care items that you need for the night at the hotel, including medications, contact lens solutions, etc must be carried in your sports bag for easy access. Liquids and gels must be in containers of 100 ml or less, packed in a clear plastic bag. ONE piece of checked baggage is permitted on the international flight, weighing no more than 23 kg (50 lbs). Please note that the airline will charge for excess weight AND/OR additional checked baggage.

An identification/wallet card with the Globetrek Assistance telephone number and instructions will be given to you at the airport on your day of departure.
