Admission & Retention Policies

Incoming Freshmen
Student must be eligible for college as reflected in the high school report card (DECS Form 138) Present a certificate of good moral character issued by the school that graduated the student.

Transferees and Shifters

A prospective transferee must present the following: a. certificate of good moral character from the students most recent school b. transfer credential c. true copy grades Prospective transferees and shifters must undergo a written diagnostic exam specific for engineering and architecture students administered by OSAS. When the result of the diagnostic exam is extremely low, CEA may opt not to accept the transferee/shifter. Subjects previously completed may be credited only if the course specifications and contents are similar with CEAs curriculum under a specific program. However, the following major subjects completed from other schools will not be credited and must be repeated by the student : Architecture
