It is proposed that the Music Video will be of 3-4 minutes duration, filmed at our Sutton facility, Ridge Road and a house on Aragon Road and edited at our Sutton facility.

The Music Video will be aimed at 14-25 year olds, both male and female. The song will use actors from this age group to try and connect and relate to them.

The Music Video will show that love is strong and can be used in negative ways. In the video someone else will control the male character. I have chosen to do this because it is showing that young love isnt always the best thing.

Several locations have been visited and a shortlist has been drawn up: Suggested locations are: Dark room Studio House (bedroom) Open space Streets Car Park The Music Video will include the following: a) Scenes of a doll being controlled, b) Shots to show the actor coping the dolls movements, c) Shots of the actor playing his guitar, d) Scene to show the actor lost/ sad.

We can see that the male actor is sad and lost; this will link to the doll being controlled, as this is what is making him sad. This will cut to the actor coping the doll as if this mysterious person is controlling him like a voodoo doll. We will see shots of him playing his guitars because it will help to show he is passionate and the doll will also have a guitar so the actor is playing the guitar because the doll is.

Structure The Music Video will be in colour and in PAL DV Wide Screen. The Music Video will start with A close up of the doll moving, Cut to A close up of the actor moving the same part of the body, More shots of the doll moving, Actor moving the same parts, Actor walking down the road, Close up of playing the guitar, Budget Planning meeting - 100 Filming - 425 Editing - 375 Lighting - 200 Subtotal - 1250 Production Contingency @10% Travel Expenses @40p per mile 20 miles in travel - 8.00 Total production budget - 1258.00 Schedule The production will be produced within the timescale that will be indicated by our shooting and editing schedules. Attack Promo will ensure that all location filming is carefully planned to take into account the safety of the crew and the general public and any production contingencies. The finished Music Video will be available for viewing at an appropriate time in order for any changes to be made

before the suggested release date. I will start filming on the 14/11/12 until the 21/11/12.

Sources of requirements Once all of the planning has been finished and approved I will need to hire the equipment, I can use many different companies which hire filming equipment but I have looked into a few and tried to find one which will give me the best equipment for the least amount of money. I chose to use a company called Vmi, they will allow e to hire all the filming equipment I need for a decent price. There website is www.vmi.tv , I have then found another company to hire a editor from. This company is called the hire company and they will allow me to hire an editor to edit my video together. Their website is www.TheHireco.co.uk.

Attack Promo is covered by Public Liability Insurance to the sum of 1,000,000. A copy of all rushes camera original material will be supplied on request in DVD format.
