GETTING TO KNOW US
WHAT WE DO
We form members who imbibe their area experience as a response to the social reality. We advocate the childrens plight as our own. We partner with institutions to provide activities promoting healing and development. To be at the forefront of the transformation towards a country free from child abuse and abandonment and an icon that serves as a constant reminder of our purpose. Tugon advocates against the existence of child sexual abuse and abandonment in the country. We organize and facilitate activities that suit the developmental needs of the children and foster the recovery and growth of the survivors. By raising awareness, we engage and empower the community in the prevention of these realities.
REDEEMERS HOME
Born from a vision given to Benilda L. Cruz, urging her to pursue her dream of putting up a home for disadvantaged children. In September 1997, the Redeemers Home aims to provide a Christian home to orphans and children who have been abandoned, abused and neglected.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS!
To become a Tugon applicant, one must attend both of the orientations.
MERITXELL
Meritxell cares for both abandoned babies and girls. Both babies and girls in this institution live a normal life with their house parents and social workers, who work hard in taking care of the kids and making sure that they would grow to be responsible citizens of their country.
