Payment Mode All the payments should be made by DD only and to be sent to our office by any
reputed courier followed by an intimation email mentioning the docket details to the
email ID of the Contact person mentioned in this offer.
Installation Free
Calibration On request ,For all Balances which have maximum capacity less than or equal to 5 Kg ,
Calibration will be done by us by using appropriate Certified Weights and a Certificate
will be issued by us along with the copy of Certificate for the Standard Weight used.
E1; E2; F1/F2 Class weights with DKD/NPL Certificate are being used for Calibrations of
Micro, Analytical and other precision balances respectively.
Warranty The equipment supplied will be under warranty for a period of 12 months after
Installation or 15 months after the date of shipment from the place of loading
whichever period concludes earlier. However, this warranty does not include the
consumables, rubber parts, electrical switches, Electrodes and other Glass Parts, etc.,
where normal wear and tear is expected. Further, Sartorius AG, Germany or Sartorius
India Group, will not be responsible for any damages caused in the Monolithic
weighing sensor due to negligence, misuse or improper handling of the equipments or
any parts thereof .

Warranty Warranty is void if found out that the equipment opened and or serviced by any
unauthorized personnel.
Its the purchasers risk and responsibility whenever the balance has been
transported/shifted by any mode from its original installation location.
We recommend to dispatch the equipment only in its original Packaging&
Condition and to be handled properly to avoid any transit damage. However we
are not responsible for any transit damages.

Important
Instruction
Purchase Order should bear the details of contact persons for commercial co
ordinations such as issuing Road Permits/CT3 Forms/Form C etc, Person
responsible at Installation site for issue of Site Readiness Report for Installation
and for co ordination of Installation & Demonstrations.
On Receipt of equipments at your Stores, Consignments should be opened only in
presence of our technical personnel. Otherwise short supply /Warranty Claims
will not be Entertained.
