Acceptance of Standards

After pre-registering yourself at www.confejas.es, you will need to nalize the registration process and reserve your place by sending us a copy of this acceptance of standards signed by both you and your bishop. If you are a minor (under 18), this form should also be signed by your parent or legal guardian. Please send a copy of the completed form to info@confejas.es or by fax to (+34) 91 790 3736. If we have not conrmed receipt of your acceptance of standards within 5 days, please contact us.

Standards
All attendees must have been born between the 1st of January 1982 and the 31st of December 1995, inclusively. You must comply with the moral standards and attitude outlined in the manual For the Strength of Youth, and at www.confejas.es/english, as well as showing a courteous and reverent behaviour towards the facilities and their staff, as you would for the rest of the YSA members and the organisers. You will be held responsible for any damages, repairs or charges derived as a result of any bad behaviour on your part. You must carry your issued ID card at all times, within sight. You will not be able to participate in any activities or services (including the eating facilities) without it. You should be punctual, and follow the timetable of the conference, participating in the programmed activities. The manner of dressing and general appearance should be clean, modest and conservative. Clothing should cover the shoulders, back, stomach and reach to the knee. Piercings are not permitted. Any tattoos must be covered. There are 6 situations that can result in your expulsion from the conference, without any liability whatsoever of the organisers: Participating in or encouraging immoral behaviour of any kind, including breaking the Law of Chastity in any form. Thieving or making acts of vandalism of any kind. Non-observance of the Word of Wisdom, including possession of illicit substances. Possession of weapons of any kind. Accessing the area reserved for the rooms of those of the opposite sex, at any time. Consistently interrupting the environment of the conference, including sleeping times.

DATA PROTECTION Participation in the conference assumes consent to the taking of photographs and videos, for use on the website and in other materials. It also permits the storage of personal data, for the exclusive use of the promotion of future conferences. Signatures
The YSA below knows, understands and accepts all the conditions and rules of the ConfeJAS 2013 and promises to follow all of them. The bishop below recommends the YSA for attendance at the ConfeJAS 2013, and conrms that the appropriate payment has been made.
