We need donations of 2 liter drinks, plain potato chips (lots of kids dont like the barbecue, sour cream, etc) and cookies. This will be a big help with the expense of Vacation Bible School. Bring these as soon as possible and leave at the welcome center or in the kitchen. Thank you in advance for your help.

VALUED, NO MATTER WHAT A speaker began his seminar by holding up a $20 bill. He asked the group of 200, Who would like this $20 bill? Most hands went up, He said, Ill give this $20 to one of you, but first let me do this. He crumpled up the $20 bill then asked, Who still wants it? Most hands were raised again. Well he continued, what if I do this? He dropped it and ground it into the floor with his shoe. He picked up the crumpled and dirty bill. Now who still wants it? Again the hands went into the air. My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still want it because it didnt decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled and ground into the dirt by decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though were worthless. But no matter what has happened or will happen, you will never lose your value in Gods eyes. To Him, dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to Him. Psalm 17: 8 states that God will keep us as the apple of [His] eye. (Copied) Roger

Pastor Jonathons Word of The Week

DOES GOD EVER FORGET?
The answer is Of course God forgets. When we confess our sins and ask for forgiveness, God forgets the sin and cleanses us of all unrighteousness. As far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us (Psalm 103: 12). It is as though God buries our sins in the deepest ocean and then as Corrie Ten Boom used to say, God puts up a sign that says, No fishing allowed. God forgives and forgets. Therefore we shouldnt keep dragging out old offenses which God has already forgotten.
