Question: What is the purpose of the two websites? Answer: ConradAwards.org is for internal collaboration. ConradCreativeCollaboration.Wordpress. com website is for external audience.

Question: How many sub-teams are there?

Answer: Currently just 3. If your solution idea does not fit in one of the existing groups, tell us and we will create another for your team.

Question: How many sub-teams can I join?

Answer: As many as you wish, as long as youre willing to contribute to each.

Question: How do I join a sub-team?

Answer: We sent you instructions via email. If you have already registered at ConradAwards.org, then just find our subteams (http://www.conradawards.org/group/598 ,
http://www.conradawards.org/group/599 , http://www.conradawards.org/group/600)

and click to join. Otherwise, first register at ConradAwards.org.

Question: Who is the leader for each sub-team?

Answer: Currently there are none. The leaders will become evident over time by the contributions they produce and will be recognized as such. Fabian and Peter will support each sub-team as mentors.

Question: Will there be more of these meetings?

Answer: Yes. Monthly GoToMeetings will be scheduled. We will share ideas, report on progress, find out who needs help.

Question: Whom do I consult if I need help? Answer: Each other by posting questions and comments on your sub-team page at ConradAwards.org. Also ask us. We can reach out to the Conrad mentors and Ritika Arya.

Question: How should I communicate with my subteam? Answer: Use the team page at ConradAwards.org. You can also use GoToMeeting for free by asking us to setup a meeting for you. Google Drive is also recommended.

Question: What is the next step for my sub-team? Answer: Use sub-team pages at ConradAwards.org to communicate within your sub-teams. Share your ideas, ask for help, tell each other the resources you have (ex. 3D printer or professor who can help). Schedule meetings for your sub-team. Take the initiative. Dont wait.

Question: What are our deadlines? Answer: April, 2014 at least one field tested prototype that works. Field testing in Jan/Feb, 2014. Prototype building by October, 2013. Idea generation and refinement now until October, 2014
