Dreams Of an Candidates Succes Entrepreneurs Dreams is all things we want to accomplish. All people have a dream, I have a dream. At Elementary school, my dreams is to become a pilot, but at junior high school dream turned to be the Air Force pilot, and the school changed again to become an Government officer. That's me, always changing according to what I want when it is not consistent because it is not thought to actually serious about that dream. At college I began to understand what exactly the dream I want to accomplish, I understand that the real dream. At the University of Sriwijaya, I want to show that I can. I hope I can to improve my self in here. At the high school, learning English is the most lesson that I dont like it, because for me, english was very difficult. But at the beginning of my college here I am reckless to choose an international class, which uses the system in the bilingual teaching and learning process. That's all I do because I want to change, I want to be better again, although I was trouble in the process to understand the lessons presented by lecturers. But I am sure, with a strong intention of this I can handle it gently, as evidenced in the first semester, Alhamdulillah my IP is quite high. I hope to graduation with the best results and can be a lecturer as I want. If there is a long life I want to go back to school to continue S2 in the University of Indonesia or if I can and allow God to go abroad with a scholarship program. Hopefully all this can be realized. On the sidelines of the future if it is good, the first thing I do is want it ascending pilgrims of both parents. Then I want to build their own business to open up employment opportunities, in order to employ people. I want to be a success through entrepreneurship. Do you know, that the country will go forward if the entrepreneur reach 2%. In Indonesia only 0.5%, has not reached 1%. The loss of the spirit of the youth to become entrepreneurs make a lot of young people in our country had a dream (hope) to work as civil servants, members of the police and army, became an employee owned and private, to be a clerk. Although our country is vast and many of the sea, rarely dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur ship, export, import or other entrepreneurs. Now there is the phenomenon that when it fails to become civil servants, state officials and the private college graduates willing to be scholars watchman race into another civil servant or employee in subsequent years. There is thought that the spirit of entrepreneurship need to be turned back in the family and

also reflection of the success stories of other entrepreneurs. Primarily for economic scholars tend to just want to be employees, but entrepreneurs are one of our main areas. That is my biggest motivation to become successful entrepreneurs. To become a great entrepreneur I need a mature process. Step One thing I do is open a business book stores and distributors in the districts region. Because I see almost in the districts region no bookstores and distributors, but it's very important to help increase reading public and to assist the government to increase level of education in Indonesia. Of the district regions may be developed to urban regions. In development I created my bookstore business with a franchise system. After the turnover of capital, and existing capital already raised, I would like to expand my business in the field of small craft businesses in the community. By collecting all the people who have small business expertise such as household appliances and so became a big industry in the company that I created. I will use the method of Observe, echoes, and modifications in the process of development. Therefore, when the quality of my product I would have recognized that the company began importing goods into the production I saw some of the neighboring countries the prospect of an existing business. In addition I want to open two more businesses, the real estate business because it saw the rapid pace of development of the existing and the public interest is now more interested in having instant housing than to build their own home. And packaged foods business in collaboration with researchers of food by making duku, rambutan, durian and some typical Indonesian fruit in packaged with a variety of unique flavors. The last thing I want to build a foundation for the child is not able and foundations to help small and medium enterprises in rural areas. All that I did because I wanted to be able to help those less fortunate. That's all there is to mind a series of dreams that I am now. For me all the needed process, any failure is a process that needs to be addressed, because a big dream that will need a greater challenge. In writing even this task is still a lot of mistakes that I do, because I am still in the learning process, and keep learning. My Motto is "As all things that we can still dream, it's definitely something we can still make happen".
