Cancel Labour Card

Introduction
Cancel Labour Card is used to submit documents to cancel labour card. There are 6 types of labour card cancellation. 1. 2. 3. Normal Cancellation: Cancellation of work permit after a labour card is issued. Used Work Permit: Cancellation of work permit before a labour card is issued. Unused Work Permit: Cancellation of work permit before the applicant has entered into the country. 4. Sick Cancellation: Cancellation of work permit when a person is sick and is not in a position to work. 5. Out side Country Cancellation: Cancellation of work permit when the applicant is outside the country. 6. Death Cancellation: Cancellation of work permit when the applicant is dead.

Functional description
o o Click on Services on the left Menu. Click on Tash'eel services and choose "Transactions".

Select Transaction from Tash'eel Services drop down menu

Choose "Miscellaneous" from Transaction Sub menu.

Click on "Cancel Labour Card".

Choose "Cancel Labour Card"

Enter transaction number (IN Number) and press "Go". Transaction number will be available from the form duly filled in UAE Smart forms.

On Clicking "Go" users can view details of the transaction. Fields with (*) are mandatory and needs to be filled. Enter Company Immigration number. Enter contact information of the person who should be contact in future for any reference. Mobile number should start with 050,055,056 and should be 10 digits.

Below is list of documents that needs to be scanned for different types of cancellations. Please note Normal Cancellation and Used Work Permit Cancellation service is available only in Dubai and only for companies having e-signature card. If you are unable to scan, please visit http://www.emol.ae/molforms/help/usermanual.htm After scanning all the documents, click on "Save" to save the transaction. (Please note the save button will not be active till all the necessary documents are scanned and attached).

On clicking on save you will receive a receipt for the transaction. Print the receipt and give to the customer as a receipt of submission. Customers can view status of their application online by visiting www.emol.ae.
