PARAMETERS Shelters, rest rooms, and lunch rooms are suitably provided to the employees. Leave provisions provided to employee are enough. The salary structure and wages paid are satisfactory. The loan schemes provided for various purposes like - car, house building, education purpose and others are satisfactory. IFFCO has provided good housing facilities to employees (if provided to you). IFFCO has maintained mineral water facility (RO water) plant for employees in township (if provided to you). The road and lighting facility are appreciable at township. IFFCO always celebrates special days and occasions in lavishing manner during the year. IFFCO provides with gifts and incentives to employees on big successes. IFFCO increases enthusiasm of family members of even employees by conducting various programs.
