Xyz Homeowners Association Request for Proposal for Community Management

The Board of Directors of xyz Homeowners Association solicits bids from area Management Companies to provide professional management services for ( xyz Homeowners Association). The Request for Proposal timeline, description of our community, the services needed, and other pertinent information are included below. Your response will be held in the strictest of confidence. Term of the Management Contract: The initial term of the management contract is for a period of two years. For purposes of continuity and efficiency, the Boards preference is for longer term contracts. The final selection for management company engagement will be voted upon by the Board of Directors at its monthly meeting of (need Date). General Description of xyz Association

Location: xyz is located in abc borough (a suburb), close to the intersection of I-49 and I-249. To visit us, take I-249 North to merge with I-439 North to We are a xxx home planned community of single family homes built xxx. The total number of homes at completion (later this year) is expected to be xxx.

The HOA currently has the following common amenities: Three entrance monuments, a community park that includes tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, a playing field, two well-equipped playgrounds, picnic pavilion and walking trails. In addition, the community has storm-water retention ponds.

A professional management company under the direction of a 15-member elected Board of Directors manages the Community. In addition, the HOA Board has the following committees to provide input into the functioning: Grounds, Architectural, Welcoming, Social, Finance and Web.

The association has an annual assessment base of around $ xxx The abx community was started in 2013, and is in the final phase of completion. Transition of the HOA assets from the developer to the HOA is expected to be complete this year.

Current management Service Provider


During the past 5 years when the HOA was under developer control, the association utilized the services of. With the transition from developer control to homeowner control, the Board of Directors is seeking bid proposals at this time to ensure that the HOA is paying a competitive price for the management contracts. . Please list the names and contact information for other similarly sized communities, which we may contact as a reference Please include a description of relevant factors about your organization's Property Management services that support why your selection is the best decision for our community (please provide the years of service, professional designations and credentials of your staff, as well as technology capabilities and resources)
