1.0

OBJECTIVE

1.1 The company believes that regular infusion of fresh talent is a key to organizational growth and such talent needs to be young to moulded them foreffectively future requirements. To achieve this the company shall: - Constantly look for fresh talents from reputed Colleges/Institutes/Universities. - Seek students who aspire to become Total Manager with the company. - Look for students with outstanding academic and analytical skills, written and oral communication abilities, work ethic and integrity. If the students demonstrate leadership in work, school, community or elsewhere, their talents will be vital in our dynamic team environment. - Finally, to look for energetic students who aim to become a Global Manager, who
understands the importance of working hard and playing hard. 2.0 2.1 SCOPE The scheme covers the is extended to the following departments of Corporate Office & Research Centre: - Product Development - Regulatory Affairs - R&D Project Management - Medical Affairs - Business Development - Quality Assurance - Supply Chain - International Sales & Marketing RESPONSIBILITY Manger HR will identify the number of Management Trainees & Research Associate required in each department (on need basis) Manager HR shall coordinate with the identified Colleges / Institutes / Universities (NIPER, Jamia Hamdard, BITS Pilani, DIPSAR etc) in the month of November every year. Manager HR along with relevant hiring manager shall be responsible for preparation of the Questionnaire for written test and Topics for Group Discussion. The interview Panel shall be responsible for visiting the campus, screening and interviewing the students. The Interview Panel shall consist of the following: - Head HR ( Mandatory) - HOD of the respective department (Mandatory) - PRC Head (on need basis) - President (depending upon the availability and on need basis)

The Head HR will be responsible for the Placement presentation PROCEDURE Manager HR will invite candidates profile (resumes) from the identified Colleges / Institutes / Universities based on the eligibility criteria and minimum qualification mentioned in Annexure -1 Manager HR department & the respective HOD will shortlist and screen resumes based on Academic/ Professional / extra curricular profile of the students. The various factors to be considered while evaluating the students are given in Annexure-2 Interview Panel will conduct Written Test & Group Discussions (if required) among the short listed students on a pre-defined Questionnaire & Topics for Group Discussion respectively. Interview Panel will conduct personal interview on one to one basis with the short listed students. The interview process will enable the panel to discover the personal and professional strengths, weaknesses and goals of the students. The short listed candidates are called to Corporate Office or Research Centre for final interview with respective HOD and / or with President. A placement presentation is made by the Head HR which will help the students to learn about the culture, values and career opportunities in the organization. The selected MBA and M.Pharm students are issued Offer Letter and are absorbed in the organization as Management Trainee and Research Associates respectively. The Compensation package on which the Management Trainee & Research Associates are inducted is given in Annexure -3. SAFETY AND PRECAUTION Not Applicable
