PREFACE
The project report presented hereby the DIFFERENT SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HDFC Ltd. The Housing Scenario at a stag when the National Economy is on the road to revival, after reeling under depressive conditions for over the last three years. It is only housing, amidst all these that seems to have kept up fairly stable front. That bad phase crossed, and now there has been a steady revival and stabilization of the market at levels which can be termed as reasonable from the point of view of both the customers and those on the supply side So HDFC LTD was incorporated with a primary objective of meeting housing needs like construction/purchase of residential housing anywhere in India by providing long-term finance to households. Its primary motto is to increase residential housing stock in a systematic and professional manner. HDFC finance for so many necessities like house purchase, construction, improvement etc HDFC has instituted well-defined service standards for both depositors and deposit agents. Much of this success can be attributed to its strong brand image, superior services, security and above all, the significant contribution made by HDFC's deposit agents. HDFC has over 50,000 deposit agents and distributes all its retail savings (deposit) products primarily through this channel. HDFC LTD has also a range of protection, investment, pension and savings plans that assist and nurture dreams apart from providing protection. Customer can choose from a range of products to suit their life-stage and needs. Along with, the report will also be beneficial for the home loan institution (HDFC Ltd.) for it provides the true customer perception, as could be interpreted through the analysis of survey results, about the institution & its housing finance scheme. The following study is a humble effort to understand the above. ************
