Please mention your remarks on the Application Form. (Questions, Qualification details) Application form was what it should likely to be. It asked about your basic personal profile, and your academics.

Please mention your remarks on the Group Discussion process. (Topic, Duration, No. of Members) Rightly mentioned this is most animated phase of the selection process. According to me there is no fixed selection or merit criterion of this process. There will be days where you feel, This is it ! I have done what it takes. But

at the end your day will be spoiled. And when you think, S**t man ! I should have done better. And that will be your day. So in this phase don't think to much even before it begins and after it ends. This phase is completely governed by laws of Probability of probabilities. By the way my topic of GD was How terrorism should be tackled. There were 8-10 people in a batch. Duration was of 15 minutes.

Please mention your remarks on the Written Test process. Not applicable. What went right for you at different stages of the process? There were two stages in the selection process. First was GD. The things which went in favor was that I spoke all points which was there in news paper. I was confident so there was no problem in speaking. I also spoke confidently even sometimes in Hindi. During second round which was HR round, I was myself. This is what matters a lot during interview. What went wrong for you at different stages of the process? As I mentioned earlier, I spoke some Idioms in Hindi during GD. At that time I was afraid that I will not be shortlisted. This job required less technical skills, and I was very interested in technical jobs. Interviewer read it from my face, and asked me that, Will you give your 100% if join this title, and remember we are offering you career not job. I stood with myself and told her that, I would prefer technical domain in your company, and please give 5 minutes for making decision. At this stage I was afraid of that she will reject me. But at last that worked in my favor and she gave me 3 months time and her phone number for making and confirming my decision. What question(s) did you ask the interview panel?

I only asked one controversial question to interviewer because I really wanted to work as a Software developer, in this CMMI level 5 company. That question was, Will I be able to switch to the pure technical domain afterwards ? . Any suggestions/ dos & donts/ special preparation tips for your juniors: I will only suggest to my juniors that this coming year Indian IT sector will gain it's full strength, will recover from slag. Don't worry be happy, keep improving and always say aal izz well. Aakhir jo hota hai, acche ke liye hota hai. And do remember the saying from Lord Krishna Karm kar, Fal ki apeksha mat rakh. It has helped me a lot. Two most important things you should do is that:1. Always keep connected with your friends who are on same boat on which you are. Make best use of your social network i.e. Facebook, Orkut etc. Even with your college TPO. 2. Second keep sharing your experiences, views, likes dislikes, and problems with one of your family member. One you thinks cares most. In my case that member was my Mother. Two important things you should be aware of is that:1. You will be contacted by fraud companies which will offer you your dream positions. Even fraud is being going on under names of companies like TATA. So be careful. The easiest way to identify those companies is that they tell you to deposit advance money in account. 2. Its my advice that dont join any certification course or any consultancy company until you have tried your best. Join them only after its extremely necessary. When you think nothing is left trying out or working. Because there will lots of open campuses organized for freshers.
