As part of the New Zealand Post book awards,

seventeen of our students attended a
cartooning workshop at the Suter Gallery. This
was taken by visiting author and illustrator Tony B
Anderson. The students thoroughly enjoyed the
workshop where they were happily able to
doodle in school time. Pictured are three of the
workshop attendees; Callum Fraser, Michael
Cotton and Felix Murray. They are holding two
copies of Tony’s book “Amazing Alphabetical
Adventures” which he kindly donated to the
school. The work done by the students will be
displayed at the Suter Gallery.
