SIMULATION FACT SHEET

For MGM Grand Hotram Employees Participating as Simulation Guests


SimulationisaGoLiveeventwhereallareasoftheMGMGrandHoTramBeachResortaretestedpriortoOpening,fromEmployeesguestservice experience delivery to the systems and processes that support live Hotel Operations. This Simulation is an opportunity to: *Build Employees confidence and understanding of the guest experience *Evaluate Employees skills, knowledge and attitude and address areas for improvement prior to Opening *Test the MGM Grand Ho Tram Beach Resort, processes and systems and rectify all identified issues or shortcomings prior to Opening *Create a seamless transition from pre-opening training to Grand Opening through to a fully operational integrated Resort. This Simulation will allow MGM Grand Ho Tram Beach Resort Employees to apply newly developed skills to raise the level of service and create an exceptional guest experience. We need your assistance to measure this experience, as a Simulation Guest: *Yourparticipationisconsideredaworkdayyouaretaskedtofollowandcompleteyouritineraryasyouwouldyourdailymeetingschedule. * Employees, suppliers or guest will not be offered extra pay or time off in lieu for the day(s) they participate as a hotel guest. This is a training exercise.

* As this is a training exercise, please be patient with the working staff members and be supportive of them. FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions about the Simulation: 1. Can I bring my family, children friends, or pets?

Registeryourname,yourcompanionsnameandthenamesofyourchildrenandpassportorID#onthesignup/reservationsheet. You do not have to bring a companion. Executives, if you chose to participate as a single person you will get your own room. Pets are not permitted. Children are not permitted to enter into the Gaming areas.

2. What do I have to do as a Simulation Guests? By agreeing to participate as a Simulation guest, you accept your role in this training exercise to follow your guest Itinerary, complete your designated activities and provide valuable feedback via service evaluation questionnaires (to be provided) throughout your stay. We value your support and look forward to your participation. Here is an overview of your Simulation Stay: Your Simulation Stay Arrival-freetimetoexploretheareas Day 1 Checkinatdesignatedtime Participateinscheduledscenarios Sleepinhotelroom Eatbreakfastatdesignatedvenue&time Checkoutatassignedtime(before10.00am) Returnhome/towork 3. Do I need to pay for the stay? No, we are pleased to offer you a complimentary room, food and beverage. Complimentary items include: a. One night stay in one of MGM Grand Ho Tram Beach Resort hotel rooms b. All meals at the assigned restaurants mentioned on your itinerary in the simulation pack 4. Can I extend my stay? No, you may sign up for a one night stay only. 5. Can I request a different check out time? All guests must check out according to the schedule on their itineraries in their simulation packs unless their itinerary asks them specifically to request a late check-out. 6. When/How will I receive the confirmation of my stay?

Day 2

You will need to make a booking via our Reservations team who will send you an Email confirmation of your reservation with a booking reference number after your booking has been made. This Email is your invitation, and must be presented on your Check In day to collect your simulation pack and check in. 7. How can I / my companion get to the Resort and back?

In addition to regular Employees shuttle buses, shuttle buses from MGM Grand Ho Tram Beach Resort will be available to Simulation guests to Ho Chi Minh City (Drop off point TBC) 8. Can I use the Valet parking services?

Valet parking is by invitation to those who register that they have a vehicle.

9. Can I park my car/scooter at the guest car park? Guest car park is also by invitation. You will be notified before your Simulation date if you are eligible to receive complimentary parking pass. 10. When/Where will I receive my Simulation Pack? TBC 11. What do I need to bring on the day I sign up to participate in the Simulation? Employee ID Card if applicable Youandyourcompanionspersonalidentitydocument(IDcard/Passport) You must present the confirmation letter to collect your Simulation Pack and to the Front Desk upon check-in. Your luggage containing the personal belongings required for your one stay. 12. What will I receive in my Simulation Pack? Additional instructions about what you will be required to do during your stay An Itinerary that explains your activities for your stay Mock Money or a Mock Credit card for use during the Simulation Paper Questionnaires to evaluate service standards, if required. Identification lanyard and badge holder to show you are a participant in the Simulation. Please note that for security purposes you must place your provided ID card on the badge holder and wear it for the duration of your stay. 13. What kind of food and beverage will be provided? You will be scheduled to visit a different restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner during your stay. Please note that food quantity per person will be monitored during Simulation. 14. Can I enjoy any of my meals at my preferred restaurant at my preferred time? No, you must follow the designated restaurant and time for your meals as indicated in your itinerary. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time to arrive for Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast at the designated time on your itinerary. Kindly note that your designated restaurant may not be able to seat you if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your designated meal time. 15. Are all facilities such as swimming pools and gym free for use? TBC 16. Can I take away anything from the Resort as a souvenir? All the items on the property belong to MGM Grand Ho Tram Beach Resort. Please do not take remove anything that belongs in the Resort. 17. Can I bring my personal laptop? Yes, free Internet access will be available for participants with laptops, and we would like you to test the Internet connections. 18. Do I need to wear a uniform? No, please do not wear your uniform if you an employee 19.Whatsnext? Contact your Department Head to sign up on the reservation booking form (excel spreadsheet attached) and make your reservation. Then, wait for your confirmation letter via your email or your Department Head!
