1. Before appearing for the Online Assessment you should strictly ensure that the information provided by you is true in all respects. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/her in the application form is incorrect, his/her application will stand cancelled, evenifhe/sheisshortlisted. 2. Please note Applicant ID Number, Date, Time, Subjectand Venue for the test given in the Admit Card. Please alsonotethatthisAdmitCarddoesnotconstituteanoerofappointment. 3. In case of any discrepancy in the information given in the Admit Card, it needs to be communicated latest by 13Jun2013bywritingtocampus@azimpremjifoundation.orgorcallingthetollfreeat18004190201. 4. YoumustreportattheTestCentreassignedtoyou30minutesbeforethecommencementofthetest. 5. You will not be allowed to enter into the examination hall after the commencement of the test nor will you be allowedtoleavethepremisesbeforetheTestisover. 6. Please bring this Admit Card when you appear for the test without fail. You have to sign in the place provided forApplicantsSignatureonlyinthepresenceoftheInvigilatorintheexaminationhall. 7. Youmustbringwithyouablue/blackballpointpentolldetailsandworkoutanswers.BlankA4sheetwillbe providedforroughwork,whichhastobehandedovertotheTestAdministrator/Invigilatorafteryounishthe test. 5. TheanswerfortheDescriptivequestionwillhavetobetypedonline. 6. AfterthetestisoveryouhavetosubmittheAdmitCardandtheroughWorksheettotheTestAdministrator/ Invigilator. 7.
