Ho cht - Dung dch NaOH 50% - Axit HCl tinh khit - Dung dch kali ferocyanid 15%: Cn 15 gam kali ferocyanid thm nc ct va 100ml. - Dung dch km acetat 30%: Cn 30 gam km acetat thm nc ct va 100ml. - thuc th Fehling gm: + Thuc th Fehling A: CuSO4 tinh th : 40 gam Nc ct va : 1000 ml Lc k cho tan ht, nu khng tan th cho thm 1 ml H2SO4 v lc k. + Thuc th Fehling B: Kali Natri tartrat : 200 gam

NaOH : 150 gam Nc ct va : 1000 ml Ho tan 200 g Kali Natri tartrat trong 400 500 ml nc ct. Mt khc ho tan 150 g NaOH trong 200 300 ml nc ct. Trn hai dung dch vi nhau v thm nc ct va 1000 ml. Khi dng ly 25 ml dung dch Fehling A pha vi 25 ml dung dch FehlingB. 4. Cch tin hnh 4.1 X l mu Cn khong 1 5 g tu loi thc phm vo bnh nn 250 ml. Thm 45 ml nc ct v 5 ml acid HCl ri un cch thu trong 3h. Sau lm ngui di vi nc lnh. Cho khong 3- 5 git phenolphtalein v trung ho bng NaOH 50% n mu hng. Chuyn ton b dch ny vo bnh nh mc 100 ml. Thm 15 ml Kali ferocyanid 15% v 15 ml km acetat 30% lc u thm nc ct va 100ml, lc u ri lc trn giy lc. 4.2 Xc nh hm lng ng - Pha dung dch chun ng Glucose 1%: Cn chnh xc 1,0000 g pha v a vi 100 ml nc ct. - Chun li Fehling : Cho dung dch ng chun ln Buret.Ht 10 ml Fehling vo bnh nn 100 ml thm 4 git xanh methylen 1%. un si dung dch 3 pht ri nh t t ng trn buret vo hn hp ang si n khi mu xanh bin mt.
