What is Lipoxome?
Previously

it has been impossible to remove white, grey or blond hair using IPL/Laser System, but not any more! Lipoxome is a revolutionary new treatment used to treat people with white, grey, blond hair and red

How does Lipoxome work?

IPL/Lasers

use the melanin in the hair as a target to selectively destroy the hair follicle White, grey, red and blond hairs do not have enough melanin in them to be treated effectively Lipoxome selectively deposits melanin directly into the hair follicle and provides a temporary target for IPL/Laser so treatment is more effective

What are LIPOSOMES?

A liposome is a spherical vesicle with a membrane composed of a phospholipid bilayer. Liposomes can be used as a carrier to deliver drugs or genetic material.

Liposome behavior on skin

Depending on the diameter size: - < 50nm: penetration into skin

- > 130nm: no penetration at all

-50nm < < 130nm: preferred penetration into hair shaft.

Lipoxme
1st Generation (Meladine) -Liposome = 128 nm -Concentration melanin 1 mg/ml. 2nd Generation (Lipoxme) -Liposome = 50 nm -Concentration melanin 6 mg/ml.

How is Lipoxome applied?

Lipoxome is a pre-treatment product used by the client five weeks before treatment with IPL The client needs to shave the area where they would like to remove hair from before applying Lipoxome The reason for this is so the Lipoxome can get straight to the hair follicle where it is needed Lipoxome is dispensed in a convenient, spray bottle so it is easy to use

Spray

Lipoxome on to the shaved area The Lipoxome is absorbed immediately Lipoxome needs to be applied four times in the morning and 4 times in the evening for effective treatment The cumulative application provides an effective target for hair removal. Its

that simple!

Are there any side effects?

There

have been no unwanted side effects associated with Lipoxome Lipoxome is hypoallergenic There is colouration of the follicle but not the surrounding skin

Clinical study
