Kazakhstan, 22-23 August 2013 Philosophers, academics, artists, business community, civil society (Central Asia, Asia-Pacific, African and Arab regions, North, Latin America and Europe), UNESCO experts on ethics and intercultural communication, youth education and cultural heritage.

Agenda Topics: Promotion of sustainable development through global ethics based on universal human rights, intercultural dialogue and social justice for all". The deadline for achieving the Millennium Development Goals, elaborated by world leaders in 2000, is fast approaching. This deadline notwithstanding, the values and principles embodied in the Millennium Declaration remain a solid foundation for meeting global challenges; they will continue to guide the global development agenda well beyond 2015. Philosophers, educators, civil society representatives, business community members and youth participants in the conference will discuss ways to promote sustainable development and a global ethics agenda in the post2015 world. As part of the conference, the youth section of the UNESCO club movement will conduct workshops and lectures covering various economic and social topics, focusing on the promotion of mutual understanding, respect for basic human rights and the rule of law. The title for report/presentation and the summary (150 words) should be sent to the UNESCO Organizing committee by e-mail in English or Russian language not later than August 5th 2013 The full text of the report/presentation and PowerPoint presentation should be sent to the UNESCO Organizing committee by e-mail in English or Russian language not later than August 10th 2013 (for preparation of the Conferences final publication)

Report design Text of the report should be performed using TimesNewRoman font, font size 12.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM Volume of the report should not exceed 8 pages of A4 format (left indent 3 cm, top indent 2 cm, right indent 1,5 cm, bottom indent 2 cm), including illustrations, tables, references and summary in English, line spacing - single; hyphenation - automatic, alignment by width, paragraph - 0.75 cm. Title of the report font size 16, bold, capital letters, centered, single spaced. Authors - font size 14, single spaced. The authors initials are located in front of names and last names separated by a single space. References (font size 12) are numbered, the reference numbers are given in the text of the thesis in square brackets. The initials of the author in the reference list should be stated if front of name with no spaces in between. Summary in Russian / English language should be stated on a separate page.
