The Kbe story Pronounced ko-bay, the name for this restaurant was derived from the Japanese

prefecture Kbe which raises the most sought-after class of Wagyu cattle in the world, more commonly known as Kbe beef . Our restaurants name was chosen based not on one specific type of beef, but on what the word Kbe has come to symbolise highest quality. At Kbe we will endeavour to provide our customers with nothing but premium-quality food and showcase one of this citys most extensive beef selections. The Tomahawk has been aged 12 months, grain fed & weighs 1.6 kilos. Sealed on the char-grill & oven-roasted to your liking. Carved off the bone by the chef & delivered to your table.
