Summary
Summary
Cymphonix PoC proved successful to manage and prioritize uncontrolled traffic in PERSADA to remote sites Cymphonix significantly improved the network performance once the right policy being applied PEB will have more and better control on the network traffic between PERSADA and remote site Reduce operational issues related to network performance
Summary
Critical applications and toll data transfer operates more efficiently Efficient data transfer to Touch n Go -> improved claims submission cycle Faster and efficient support from PERSADA and vendor due to improved network performance via remote support Expect to have more work related applications developed in future for better efficiency apart from the overall increase in application usage and acceptance
