Based on the documents submitted by you in respect of work done for HPCL at Vizag refinary. It is seen that the date of award is 15.04.1998 and does not meet the above Qualification Criteria requirement. Hence you are requested to submit any other additional documents in support of any other works awarded after 31.05.1998 and completed by 31.05.2005. II. Form 1 containing average turnover does not contain the seal and signature of your Auditior.The same shall be submitted with the seal and signature of Auditor.
