1. The Petitioner, Dr Joseph Zernik, files herein a repeat request for certification
of the June 25, 2013 Judgment record in instant court file, True Copy of the
Original.
Reasons for the reperat request
2. On July 14, 2013, the Petitioner filed a Request for certification of the above
referenced Judgment record True Copy of the Original. [

3. On July 28, 2013, the Petitioner received via Israel Post a copy of the
above referenced Judgment record.
Appendix A is a copy of the July 25, 2013 Judgment record in instant
court file, post stamped July 21, 2013, as received by the Petitioner via
Israel Post on July 28, 2013.
4. In case the above referenced copy was mailed by the Court in
response to the Petitioner's Requet for Certification of the above
referenced Judgment record, the copy is an invalid record for the
following reasons:
5. The above referenced copy bears a stamp, which says Copying is
True to the Original. Such wording is incompatible with the certification
wording, defined in the Regulations of the Courts - True Copy of the
Original. Moreover, such wording is meaningless, relative to
certification of court records.
6. On the stamp (Number 7), the hand signature appears of a person,
whose name and authority are not specified, and with no date at all. Such

stamp and such hand signature are not similar to the stamp (Number 1) and
hand signature of Chief Clerk Sarah Lifschitz. [

7. The above referenced copy was mailed with no authentication letter.
8. The above referenced copy bears a number of stamps of the Supreme
Court, all of them, without exception, partial stamps only.
9. A reasonable person could not deem the receipt of such record as
certified copy of a Judgment record of the Supreme Court of the State of
Israel.
10. Therefore, the Petitioner again requests to receive from the Supreme
Court of the State of Israel a copy of the above referenced Judgment
record, signed by the appropriate judicial authorities, without the
disclaimer version subject to editing and phrasing changes, stamped
True Copy of the Original (in case there is no such stamp in the Supreme
Court, the Petitioner would be glad to receive such certification in hand
writing as well), signed and dated by the Chief Clerk of the Supreme
Court, in case there is a lawfully appointed Chief Clerk, alternatively by
the Magistrate of the Supreme Court, with the name and authority of the
signer clearly stated.
