We require 2 different forms of identification in order to rent a truck. Acceptable forms include: Driver's
License, State Issued ID, Passport, Social Security Card, Vehicle Registration, Phone Bill, Military ID and
Credit Cards. under no circumstances will a truck be released without this identification.

If you are a AAA member, you must present your valid AAA membership card at time of pick-up to receive
the AAA discount.

IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION

1. Please contact your pick-up location prior to truck rental to verify all your rental information.
2. Full payment is due at time of pick-up. We accept either Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.
3. If paying by cash or a combination of cash and credit card, an additional $150 deposit is required.
4. AAA members must present their valid AAA membership card at time of pick-up to receive the AAA discount.
5. You may change your moving date twice, based on availability, without a rate change.
6. If you fail to pick up your truck without 48-hour notification on cancellation, your credit card will be billed $100.
7. The charges associated with the purchase of additional rental days are non-refundable if returned early.
8. Additional Driver Charge of $10 applies to one-way rentals at the time of pick-up.
