ENTRY FORM Pride and Joy Child Care academy will be staging its 3rd annual fun run on the picturesque Lourensford Wine Estate. In conjunction to the race and walk, scrumptious food, beverages and freshly brewed coffee will be on sale, with lucky draws taking place throughout the day and live entertainment making this an event for the whole family - old and young! ENTRY FEE All races: R50 pp (Kids under 5 free) Company Group bookings (15 persons or more) R45pp Goodie bags for the first 500 entrants to pick up their running numbers RACE TIME SLOTS Fun Walk (3km): 09:00 Walk/Run (5km): 08:45 Run (8km): 08:30 Hiking Trail (7km) 09:00 - 11:00 (Max 25 entries) Entries limited due to the fact that this guided estate hike is not normally open to the public, and goes through some of the most magnificent fynbos in this biosphere. All participants in 3km, 5km & 8km race must wear their race numbers on their chests. Number collection will take place on 14/09/2013 from 09:00 - 14:00 at Lourensford Wine Estate at Lourensford Road, Somerset West. Company group bookings: goodie bags and running numbers will be pre-delivered. RACE RULES The event is open to all licensed and non-licensed runners/walkers of all ages. No seconding is allowed and runners must obey all marshals and traffic officials. Cut off time 3 hours after the start of the event for all races.
