COMPACT, POWERFUL, AND EFFICIENT

The WTCP5V5A Temperature Controller delivers all the advantages of Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) control in a PCB-mounted package. Compact and efcient, the WTCP usually does not require any additional heatsinking, even when operated at full output current. The temperature operating range of the WTCP can be ne-tuned to maximize stability around the operating point, and built-in safety features help make your system robust to real-world operational conditions. A feature-packed evaluation board lets you explore the WTCP, and streamlines your system characterization. We also offer an OEM system board that is customized at the factory with the discrete component values you specify, and is easily integrated into your product. The WTCP is perfectly suited for applications requiring high efciency, low power dissipation, and high stability. Portable, airborne, and space-constrained temperature control applications benet from the performance boost delivered by the WTCP.

PROVEN, ADVANCED, AND RELIABLE

The HTC4000 leverages the circuitry of our long-time proven HTC Temperature Controller Series, with higher output up to 4.0 amps and the same 0.0009C stability. The slim, compact package can be mounted directly to a printed circuit board, or can be cable-connected using a SIP connector and ex cable if the HTC4000 is bolted to the hardware chassis for heatsinking. A wide range of temperature sensors can be used, and the PI control loop is tunable using external discrete components. The plug-and-play evaluation board simplies characterization and streamlines product development. At one-third of an inch thick, and with its high output current, the HTC4000 is ideal for portable and airborne instrumentation that requires highly stable temperature control.

PRECISION LASER DIODE DRIVERS

FL591FL LASER DRIVER, EVALUATION BOARD
FEATURES
Trimpots adjust current limit and setpoint Switches select Constant Current or Constant Power mode Onboard switches enable the output Two 250 mA channels, or a single 500 mA channel, can be controlled with a variety of input signal congurations Easily accessible monitor signals Size: 2.97 x 2.50 x 1.07 (75.5 x 63.5 x 27.1 mm) Pb
RoHS
Compliant

Enables operation of FL500 in any mode

SIMPLE AND FAST EVALUATION OF THE FL500

The FL591FL is the evaluation board for the FL500 dual-channel laser diode driver. The FL591FL features low-noise electronics and low quiescent current, and the feedback and monitor signals allow you to accurately characterize the included FL500. You can transfer the prototype conguration from the FL591FL to your custom laser control system with no surprises. The FL591FL can be congured to drive a single 500 mA output, or two 250 mA independent outputs by setting onboard jumpers. The FL591FL also allows the FL500 to be congured to operate in Constant Power or Constant Current mode. Because of its compact size and light weight the FL500 is commonly used in hand-held, portable, space-constrained, and airborne applications. The dual-channel output is ideal for sighting-and-detection applications. The FL591FL makes prototyping the FL500 a snap.

HIGH CURRENT AND RELIABILITY YOU CAN TRUST

The PLD12500 couples the high-reliability architecture of Wavelength Electronics lower-current PLD series with a robust high-current output stage. Tens of thousands of PLD drivers are deployed in laser systems around the world, proving beyond doubt the reliability and stability of the design. The PLD12500 is PCB-mounted, and the compact heatsink and fan are shrouded to optimize thermal performance with the smallest possible footprint. Latching current limit prevents accidental over-current situations, and the controller can be operated in Constant Current or Constant Power modes. The available evaluation board reduces development time and cost. Use the PLD12500 for industrial welding and cutting, ber laser pumping, materials processing, high-power laser diode LIV testing, and pyrotechnic ignition.
