Newsletter Suggestions:

Staff made the following suggestions for improvement of the newsletter:

• More statistics on how the clinic is doing, how many

patients are seen, improvements/slumps in statistics, etc.
• Testing of links before distributing the newsletter. Very
often, they do not work properly.
• employee of the month section
• Add anniversaries of employment Add pictures of the new
employees
• Shorter articles I think are easier for employees to read,
as is writing at a 3rd to 6th grade level, so I've read
 • name the article by Des, Skubie Snacks
• Please include good byes to staff leaving as well as
hello's to new staff. Also to keep us all 'in the loop' about
the little things, consider noting: staff shifts in location
(there is a bit of that going on), parking issues, timesheet
rules, opportunities for important community participation,
clinic events like quarterly all staff meetings and maybe
even a flow chart of who reports to whom. Thanks
• having an employee of the month section would be a
great morale booster
• Add photos; shorten articles
• photos; staff friendly stuff; who had what kind of baby, and
other stuff we place on BBs; community accomplishments

While it may not happen all at once, we will work to incorporate as many of your
suggestions as possible.
