A-town Trust Agreements

Deviation from any agreement must be requested & approved by your sponsor. I am responsible for my own choices & behavior. If my conduct is detrimental to the spirit or intent of any event, I understand that I may be sent home at the expense of myself or my parent/guardian & that I may be in jeopardy of attending the next regional event(s) and/or YOU International Conference(s). I have free choice to attend regional, area or chapter events. I will put forth my best effort to create a safe and respectful atmosphere insuring the ultimate experience for all participants. I agree to/that: These agreements apply to all persons: sponsors, YOUers, and guests alike. Love, bless, and appreciate all people attending the event, including myself and the staff. Extend courtesy and gratitude to the facility and to leave it better than I found it. Give my loving attention and respect to all speakers and leaders. Practice centering myself during group activities. Be mindful of others so as not to distract them. Only use appropriate and safe touch that is respectful to each individual, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and remain focused on the event. I will refrain from all sexual energies. We practice philos and agape love to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. Only rally highs during the event. I will refrain from the possession and use of nonprescription drugs, tobacco or alcohol. I agree to notify the sponsors of any medications I am currently taking. Ask permission before using anything that does not belong to me. Stay within the designated boundaries, including not entering a sleeping area of the opposite gender. I will be mindful of time and present at all scheduled activities. Honor designated lights-out and quiet time, staying within my assigned sleeping area. If I choose to use my electronic devices during a scheduled activity I will accept the consequences in the form of a monetary donation to the chapter for each occurrence. Use electronic devices at non-intrusive levels at approved scheduled times. All YOU events will be overseen by an adult approved by my church, who agrees to be responsible for my group. If someones behavior makes me uncomfortable, I will speak to them and/or my sponsor about it. Address any non-compliance of these agreements by promptly reporting them to the lead sponsor(s) Honor each moment.

Any exceptions to the above agreements must be approved by the lead sponsor(s)
