Human values, emotions and ultimate character is learned from birth going forward...and since the strongest instinct is for all life to continue living it means the living entity will respond to its needs from birth until death so long as it is able. Water, food and shelter are its primary objectives. Only when lack of any one of the three begins to jeopardize its ongoing existence will it become anxious, agitated, hostile then dangerous. Humanity is in constant competition for individual existence, and tends to gravitate collectively in pursuit of individual security. Population begins to become a semi-conscious worry when it comes to supply of the necessities for continued existence... or problematic threat... then aberrations will begin to develop and result in bizarre individual and collective behavior that can be both destructive to its own environment and well being as well as that of others. Then we see theft, scams, exploitation, bribery, blackmail, intimidation, murder, political corruption...war, etc.,etc.. The ultimate answer is a mutually acceptable solution for population control... together with development of a properly working economic system... coupled with acceptance of what was created as a Natural earthly garden of distinctively different racial and cultural Human families of equal value for the continued existence of Humankind. When it comes to race and culture...Nature created a garden made up of primarily three distinctively different branch families of Humanity which must not be turned into a chopped and mixed salad... vulnerable to common collective control by those who have become victims of insecurity resulting in their desire for control of others(fascism, communism, State socialism, dictatorship, Political party gang control, etc.,etc.) ...as well as ALL of Humanity possibly being extinguished by falling victim... because of too much racial integration...to any present or future organism that might be deadly to Humans.
