1. I refer to the subject matter above, for which there is a legitimate expectation for a reply or consultation. Till date there was none. I respectfully ask you again as a matter of urgency to let me know my position and your decision on the matter. 2. I am currently placed subject to Guardianship Order at Metropolitan Support Trust, 68E Bruce Grove, London N17 6XB for which I need leave i.e. a permission to vacate the Premises. I have appeal against the Tribunal decision and the case is now dealt with at the Upper Tribunal and a hearing is pending.
3. I am a victim of organised crime. I am currently under serious threats &/or coercion from organised parties

who had and have been attacking me. They said they are going to and will collectively attempt to cause serious harm by all ways and means to me, to my rights, interest in my properties and possessions.

4. We are equal before the law irrespective of our position, office, race, whatsoever. It is fair that you as the Chief Superintendent act independently, impartially in common purpose in accordance with the police services statement and the rule of law free from outside interference and influence. 5. The target crime is intended to take place on 26 May 2013. I will be available for contact and to assist in the investigation. I will submit further details and evidence in the investigation process. I respectfully look forward to hear from you forthwith, or in the next few days failing which I will have to seek help from other authority as I see fit. 6.
