Eligible Candidates of ECET-2013 (all branches) of the following categories are informed to exercise the options on 22-07-2013 &

23-07-2013 using their old passwords for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in process of allotment, from Help Line Centre or Internet facility (Caf/Home). Who can exercise options? Candidates who have secured seats but not interested to join. Who have not secured seats so far. Who have not exercised the options so far. Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option. Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their 1st Phase allotment. Note: Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh.

Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again . They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment. Candidates who have not attended for Certificate Verification earlier should get their Certificates verified from any one of the 27 Help Line Centres (See Annexure-I) on 22.07.2013 and exercise their options. However, the Special Category Candidates (Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) who were not verified their Certificates earlier should get their certificates verified at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad only. advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding. Candidates who have reported in the colleges shall also verify whether their joining is updated by college or not by following the link View joining details in the Candidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.
The Principals of University and Private Engineering/Pharmacy colleges are informed to upload the joining details of the candidates allotted and reported in First Phase, in their respective colleges on or before 20.07.2013 in the department website: https://apecetd.nic.in. The Managements/Principals are personally responsible for the correctness of the details entered. Principals/Managements shall ensure that only the candidates existing in the list after final phase of allotment shall be allowed to continue in the college.
