Post-Game Quotes
BREWERS MANAGER RON ROENICKE: Hernandez showed you cant make any mistakes because it seemed like Wily only made two and those were the two runs nd rd Hes been one of the best pitchers in the game for a few years now. We had one opportunity in the 2 and 3 and we didnt get a guy in. Wily was really good, really should have given up one runwild pitch got us the other one. I thought he threw the ball great, he was a pitcher today, mixed in his sliders, changeups; that was really a great game for him.

[On the rapid progress from Peralta in the last month] Earlier he had a couple games before that he was good, but that was because his fastball was overpowering, down in the zone, had good movement; but hes turning into a pitcher. You look at Hernandez and what he did, heres a guy that used to throw 95 to 98, used to blow it by everybody, now hes just as good a pitcher be he doesnt have to throw that hard anymore. Hes learned how to pitch and maneuver the ball around, and it never seems to be straight. He can still be as effective without just trying to blow it by you.
