Objective of the Role


A Marketing Manager usually operates out of the corporate office. The primary responsibility here involves creating a strong brand equity and to ensure growth in brand equity and brand visibility with relevant customer audience. Other responsibilities involve ensuring support to sales efforts through lead generation marketing initiatives and to provide support to businesses in achieving their targets through specific activities. Another primary responsibility involves creating a competitive position of InspireOne and its brands.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities


To undertake necessary PR activities in order to ensure visibility of companys products and people through participation and contribution towards media magazines etc. Develop plan for brand visibility and execution of the same in relevant fora through events etc. To engage in direct customer communication in the form of magazines or through Electronic mailers and any other media. To generate leads through the website development and ensuring regular website traffic to attract audiences. To engage in any other actions required to generate incoming leads. To coordinate with businesses, understand and develop a marketing plan in line with company strategy. To design and develop training collaterals for different programs from time to time. Ensure broad guidelines are consistently being followed in the company, across all levels. Identify and coordinate with various vendors for design, development and production of marketing material.

Person Specifications

Educational Qualification
(Minimal Requirement)

UG-Any PG- Masters in any Discipline/MBA Experience in the field of Marketing Experience Bracket: 8-10 years

Nature of past experience required (If any)
