Wishing Spells

Wishing Spell Rule These wishing spells will work if you believe in them and have "your heart in it" (in other words, put some emotion behind any words that you say). No matter how much emotion and belief is behind your spell -- if your wish is unattainable it shall not be manifested in your reality. Also, do revise what you are wishing for to be made manifested in your reality -- do you truly want this wish to manifest? The reason one should ask this question of oneself before casting one or all of these spells is that many people have gotten what they wished and then realized that it was not what they really wanted. Also remember, all spells work best and at their most effective when accompanied by any action that you are currently undertaking to make the wish (your desire) manifest in your reality. In other words, if your wish is to find employment and keep it, this wish will not manifest if you do not actively look for employment and attend job interviews. A Wish Spell Needed: Clean piece of paper White candle Something to write with On the night of the new moon, write your wish on a clean piece of paper. Light a white candle and turn off all lights. Think about the fulfillment of your wish for several minutes then say:

"As I sleep tonight may the divine power of spiritual love and light grant my wish."
Then think about your wish as you burn the paper in the votive candle. Repeat this ritual at the same time on twelve consecutive nights. If you miss a night begin the spell from day one. Echos Invocation Invocation Needed: Candle matching your desire Oil Recite the following while you carve your choice of sigils or words into the candle that matches your desire. Dress the candle with your favorite oil, and say:

"The candle, the taper, the wick, the flame The ribbons of magick unfurl again. The words, the sound, the will, the spell To know, to dare, and not to tell.

Repeat three times, light the candle, state your intent, repeat three times again. Finish with: "I know you will do this for me. So mote it be. Then seal with an equal-armed cross in the air over the lit candle. Falcons Falcons Invocation Needed: Candle Knife Oil Recite the following while you carve your choice of sigils or words into the candle that matches your desire. Dress the candle with your favorite oil, and say:

"Keepers of the sun Keepers of the sea Keepers of the forests and spirits in the trees. Keepers of the earth Keepers of the fire Keepers of the heavens and music in the lyre. Lend me your energy Hear my spoken word! (state what you wish here)
Light the candle and repeat the spell as you focus on the flame. Finish with: "I know

you will do this for me. So mote it be.

Goddess Novena Start of Prayer

"O most beautiful flower, fruit of the vine, splendorous of the Universe, Blessed Maiden, mother and Crone of All, Immaculate Goddess, assist me in this my desire. O Star of the Sea, O Moon of the Night, help me and show me herein you are my Goddess! Oh Holy Goddess, Mother of All, Partner of God, Queen of the known and unknown, seen and unseen Universe, I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart to aid my desire. There are none who can withstand your power. O show me here you are my Goddess."
Say three times:

"O Goddess pray for us who have need of your help, strength and protection. This is my stated desire, I desire, O Goddess (state your desire). This is my stated desire."
Now say three times:

"O Goddess, Blessed Maiden, Mother and Crone, I place my stated desire into your hands.

Thank you for your compassion and blessings towards me and those who I cherish. As I will it so my desire or something better shall be!"
Finish of Prayer Three Wishes Spell Needed: Favorite music 3 green candles Ballpoint pen 3 walnuts Wand Put on your favorite music. Next, draw a triple magick circle of green light and call in the elemental powers. Use the pen to write your three wishes on the candle bodies, one wish per candle, using as few words as possible. Place the candles, side-by-side, in their holders upon the altar. Then put a walnut next to each of the three candles. Light the candles, one at a time, from left to right, and as you do, state the wish each candle represents. After you are finished lighting the candles and stating your wishes aloud, tap the left-most walnut three times with your wand and say:

Grant me my wish It is (restate the wish that corresponds to that candle) So be it! So shall it be! Blessed be, blessed be, blessed be!
Do this with each of the three walnuts, until you have restated all three of your wishes. Allow the candles to burn down completely, and as you meditate on the flames, say:

My three wishes are coming true, right now.

See and sense your wishes as if the have already come true. Feel the sensations of happiness and joy. When you are done, bid farewell to the elements, thank the deity, and pull up the circle. Leave the walnuts on your altar. Crack and eat them as your three wishes come true. Tree Wishing Spell Needed: Living tree Yellow ribbon Small piece of paper Green felt pen Use the green felt pen to write your wish on the piece of paper. Roll the paper into a scroll, and then tie it with the ribbon into the tree. Say:

"Joy be free, joy be free By rain and winds come loose May my wish come to me. Blessed be! So mote it be!"
With the wind and rain, your wish is liberated from the tree and it is free to come true. Wishing Spell Needed: 3 bay leaves Piece of paper Something to write with The bay leaf possesses magickal properties and is used for granting wishes. You will need three bay leaves to perform this simple but effective wishing spell. When the moon is new, write your wish on a piece of paper. Now visualize your wish coming true. Fold the paper into thirds and place three bay leaves inside. Again, visualize your wish coming true. Now, fold the paper into thirds once again and hide it away in a dark place. Keep visualizing your wish coming true as you do this. Once the wish is granted, the paper should be burned as a thank you. Never tell anyone your wish, as soon as you tell someone it negates the magick. Wishing Spell Spell Needed: Horse shoe Red candle Piece of paper Quill and black ink Tweezers Take a horse shoe and put it around a red candle. Put the candle in a darkened room in the middle of a table. Write what it is you want on a piece of paper with a quill pen dipped in black ink. Chant the following as you write:

"What I want I write here. Please take my dream and bring it near. What I want is what I should get. Let all my dreams now be met."
Now take the paper and fold it in a square of four creases. Hold it over the candle with a pair of tweezers and let it burn. Picture yourself with your wish fulfilled. As you burn the paper, send waves of love at the image you conjure of yourself. Only one catch to this spell, watch what you ask for!

Wishing Spell Needed: White candle Light a white candle and say:

"As I light this candle, I invite God, Goddess and the spirits of powers of the Elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water to attend and bless my spell."
Sit at a comfortable distance from the candle and look into the light for a few minutes. Breath deeply and rhythmically.

"I wish I may, I wish I might, I wish upon the candle light, I wish (state your wish/desire)."
Chant the above three times or as many times as you feel is warranted then.

"With the blessing of God, Goddess and the spirits and powers of the Elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water, so my wish or something better shall be. Thank you God and Goddess and the spirits and powers of the Elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water for your attendance and continued blessings towards me."
Allow the candle to sagely burn down completely. Alternatively you can snub the candle flame and repeat this spell each day using the same candle. Wishing Spell Needed: Herbs Perform the spell outside. You will need one of the following powdered herbs according to what you will wish for: Bay, also known as bay laurel (for success and prestige wishes) Rosemary (for promotion and advanced wishes) Cinnamon (for power wishes) Vervain (Vebena) (for general wishes) Cardamom (for love wishes) Peppermint (for prosperity wishes) Hold the herb you've chosen and visualize in fine detail. Hold the herb up to your mouth and breathe upon it trying to force the wish through your breath onto the herb. Turn facing North and say:

"King Boreas of the North Wind, by the powers of earth, I call you to carry my wish to the Northern quarter, And by the powers of the gnomes, I ask that you bring me success."

Blow a quarter of the powdered herb from your palm in the direction of North. Turn to the East and say:

"King Eureus of the East Wind, by the power of air, I call you to carry my wish to the Eastern quarter, And by the powers of the sylphs, I ask that you bring me success."
Blow a quarter of the powdered herb to the East. Turn to the South and say:

"King Notus of the South Wind, by the powers of fire, I call you to carry my wish to the Southern quarter, And by the powers of Salamanders, I ask that you bring me success."
Blow a quarter of the powdered herb to the South. Turn to the West and say:

"King Zephyrus of the West Wind, by the powers of water, I call you to carry my wish to the Western quarter, And by the powers of undies, I ask that you bring me success."
Blow the final quarter to the herb to the West. Leave the area without looking back, safe in the knowledge that the powers of the universe have taken over your wish.
