The residence consists of mixed gender apartments with ensuite rooms in 4-6 bedroom flats. Each room is complete with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and own bathroom. Communal Kitchen Communal Lounge Free Wi-Fi facilities Bed linen provided Students need to bring their own towels Coin operated laundry facilities available Rooms are cleaned weekly and bed linen is changed once a week. Wi-Fi facilities available in student rooms and common area (free of charge).

Journey to EC London - Euston (Adults) Walk head south onto Werrington Street and take the first road on the left Polygon road. Take the first road on the left Eversholt Street and walk straight till you reach EC London on your left hand side (Euston House). The travelling time is approximately 6mins. Journey to EC Covent Garden (30+ and Freestyle) Walk to Bus Stop S on Eversholt Street and take the bus 168 to Holborn stop M, and cross over the road and walk up Kingsway past Sainsbury's / Natwest and then on your second left turn onto Smarts Place and then right on to Stukeley Street.

Journey to the residence from Heathrow Airport Take the Piccadilly Line to Leicester Square and then take the Northern Line to Euston. Travel Card Cost Zone 1-2 30.40 per week / 116.80 per month (Students can get a 30% discount if their course is longer than 14 weeks).

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL Cancellation prior to arrival: Students cancelling their accommodation fewer than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one week accommodation fee - charged at the standard accommodation rate and accommodation placement fee.

CANCELLATION AFTER ARRIVAL Cancellation after arrival: Bookings of 7 weeks or less: No accommodation refund. Bookings of 8 weeks and over: Students must give notice in writing 4 weeks prior to termination otherwise a 4 week cancellation fee will apply.
