    CB1 Summer Residence

    DESCRIPTION OF LOCAL AREA CB1 is a brand new University development right next to Cambridge railway station. Only a 20 mins walk into the city centre or a 45 minute train journey into London. CB1 is set as a campus village with cafes, restaurants and is located close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The bus service stops right in the heart of the campus. TYPE OF ROOMS Single - Ensuite BOARD STATUS Self-Catering ACCOMMODATION INCLUDES DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION CB1 is a brand new mixed gender residence consisting of single ensuite bedrooms. The residence includes fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. Communal areas and bedrooms are cleaned once a week. Communal Kitchen Bed linen provided Students need to bring their own towels 24-hour on-site security Bed Desk & chair Storage Space Weekly cleaning service of the communal areas Laundry facilities available on campus at 3.50 per wash/dry Internet access is available via Ethernet cable connection at a 5.00 charge per week. Students should bring their own cable.

    JOURNEY TO SCHOOL Journey to school/city: 20 min on foot Bus passes can be purchased on the Bus - 13.00 per week. The closest bus stop is on campus.
