Position held: Inspection Engineer Activities performed: (QA/QC Electrical) Prepare & submit all test result reports for pipe lines. Inspecting source of materials and on site construction works & Preparing Records of inspection results.

Reviewing calibration of testing equipment. Preparing non-conformance, corrective action reports, Preventive action reports, compliance reports on action taken etc. Responsible for incoming materials Inspection in storage area with respect to approved Specification, Data sheets, and Quality Assurance Plan Design of Electrical Drawing for Central Lab as per I & CAD Requirement. Taking preventive and predictive actions for the non-conformities observed in site. Prepare daily Quality reports regarding inspections, material, Non-conformances etc. Prepare weekly and monthly surveillance reports and verification of corrective actions reports. Preparation of Quality certificates and project monitoring system. Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings. Ensure that all equipments used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
