What the leadership is? My knowledge about leadership says that leadership is the ability to influence a group towards the achievement of a goal or goals. All human attempts desire a unifying and motivating force for victory and that driving potency is finally traced to worthy leadership. Similarly it is worth noting that every one of us sometimes, in some capacity, or somewhere is a leader, because almost every person have sometimes somewhere, somehow played a leading role in his life. But here discussion is about the best leader. Visit the history, you will find a number of persons who lead nations towards the achievement of different goals in their lives, even that the consequences and effects made by leaderships of some of those leaders are still observable. Just physical power could not make any person a leader, leadership not only means just to lead a team in leaders presence for a temporary time period rather a real leader is one whose influence works even in his absence. Leadership is about influencing and molding people, their thoughts, their preferences, their priorities, towards the goal. Everyone has an independent brain, to judge, to prefer, to accept, dealing with a number of such diversified brains and leading them towards a common goal without using any unfair power or unethical actions is the actual leadership. A leaders personality, behavior, character should be flawless. He influences people not only by words of mouth but also by language of actions. People will follow the one, who follows himself and there is no difference in his words and acts. Who is the Greatest Leader of all times? He is the only one and my favorite personality. In the intellectual deliberations, metaphysical & philosophical considerations, and the biographies of great people who ever lived on the earth one name always appears on the top HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (SAW). Along with HIS followers many other personalities of other religions are also having the same view about the personality of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW), Including His opponents as well who hold him in high admiration and believe him to be the greatest personality and leader in the world of all times. Great intellectuals like Michael H. Hart, French Philosopher Lamartine, George Bernard Shaw, Thomas Carlyle and many others agree that Muhammad (SAW) was the greatest leader who ever lived and pay him great tributes.

Michael H. Hart, in his book on ratings of men, ranked Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) first in the list, who contributed towards the benefits and uplift of mankind.

My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the worlds most influential personality may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level

restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images. The founder of twenty terrestrial empires and one of spiritual empire, that is MUHAMMAD as regard all standards by which human greatness may be measured We may well ask, Is there any man Greater then HE?

These were just some views of some well-known persons about the personality of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW); every aspect of the great personality discussed by these people shows the leadership styles and abilities of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). When we talk about the best leader in the history, everyone regardless of their religion agrees that it was MUHMMAD (SAW). He was undoubtedly the most extraordinary man that ever set foot on this earth. History speaks itself that he was the best leader, law enforcer, preacher, and a lot of things, he was best in everything; such an excellence is never found in any other person since. He was born in Arabia in the 570, started his mission of preaching the religion of truth at the age of 40 and departed from this world at the age of 63. He preached a religion of truth, developed a nation and established a state, arranged a moral code, commenced a number of social and political reforms. Human history has never known such a complete transformation of a society or a place before and since, and this seems just imagination that all these unbelievable wonders happened in just over two decades. Through the study of Prophet Muhammads life, deeds, sayings and personal qualities a number of treasured leadership instructions can be derived. The Prophet initiated his message with a trickle of persons, systematized them into enthusiastic clusters, then into larger coherent organizations, until the process led to the setting-up of an Islamic State. All this undoubtedly required the enlargement of a versatile dogmatic leadership progression of unbelievable complication and efficiency. The life, actions and maxims of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) deal exceptional leadership models. If these models exercised they will return superb outcomes on both individual and organizational performance. A person who confronted hardships from the very childhood, and whose guardianship transformed hands three times since birth to maturity Muhammad rose to be an unquestionable leader of all times. He was a leader whose leadership created a number of famous leaders. Which includes the wise Caliphs of that time and in genertions there are numerous more leaders and people of great wisdom who experienced the Wisdom-based principles presented by Muhammad and followed the teachings of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). Jamaluddin Afghani, Salahuddin Ayubi, Jalaluddin Rumi, Iqbal, Tun Mahathir and many more who fashioned human history and achieved tremendous triumphs are just a few examples. There are a number of strategies used by Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) in his life time at different adverse and favorable situations, all of His actions and decisions were exclusively for the purpose of achieving his objective, some of important approaches and decisions made by Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) which shows is incredible leadership abilities were; Wisdom and problem solving ability This wise person In His entire life solved all problems so skillfully and easily that no one disagreed with the issue of his decisions. One example could be; The way, he banned, through his wisdom, a forthcoming war between the tribes of the Quraysh at the time of reconstruction of the Kaba. Each tribe had demanded the honor of placing the sacred Black Stone in its place. However Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) spread his mantle on a piece of cloth on the ground and, putting the stone on it, called the chiefs of the four major tribes of the Quraysh involved in the reconstruction of the Kaba to each take one corner of the cloth. When the cloth with the Black Stone had been raised level with the spot where it was to be placed, he took the

stone and placed it firmly in position. It was an ingenious plan and provided yet another proof of his wisdom or gift for problem-solving. Sacred Migration Migration to Madina scripts a turning point in the life of the Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) as well as in the history of Islam. Faith, migration and holy struggle are the three pillars of a solitary, blessed truth. They are the three taps of a fountain from which the water of life pours for the militaries of truth to drink from, so that they can deliver their message deprived of being exhausted and, when the hostility is too difficult to overcome, set out for a new land without regard for their home, property and family. Consultation The intelligence or wisdom of Muhammad (SAW) also confirmed itself in the suggestions he made with his Companions. Counsel or consultation is very important in Islam; Muhammad (SAW) did not take a decision, particularly in public matters, without consultation. He occasionally held counsel even in his personal affairs. A Manifest Victory: The Treaty of Hudaybiya One of the events worthy of elaboration to understand leadership abilities of this person and how Muhammad (SAW) solved problems easily is the Treaty of Hudaybiya. This treaty brought a number of positive consequences for the Muslims, at the time when they were facing a number of problems. He was a man of actions. He never hung back in laying his plans or decisions into action. Any reluctance in the leader grounds his followers to waver. He never regretted of what he had, or had not, done, nor regretted any missing opportunity for undertaking something. Before the start of everything, He used to take all the essential precautions, consider all the prospects, and take counsel with those who were able to give expert advice on the matter, and once He made up his mind, He never hesitated in carrying out his decision. This is one of the important reasons why He carried all his challenges to triumph and why his Companions followed him in every step he took.

The lives and educations of these great personalities of world are enclosed in the fog of time.
