A Postgraduate in Agriculture with over 8 years experience in Agri commodity, FMCG, & Agri input Industry. Presently working as Area Manager with ITC Ltd. OrganisationalExperience
A) Presently working with RML (Reuters Market Light) division of Thomson Reuters as an Area Sales Manager in Punjab from December 2008 to till the date.

Job Profile Guiding & managing a team of 35-40 people. Work is related to Sales of Scratch voucher to farmers and to create and manage dealer distributor network in assigned territory. This is a service industry. My team and I sale RML Direct card to farmers through distributor and dealer set up. When farmer purchase this card and scratch it. He can get this service activated on his mobile. After it he receives customized, localized and personalized agriculture information via SMS. Validity of service depends on the type of contracts. Current CTC : 7.5 lacs per annum

Job Profile 1. Guiding & managing a team of 40-45 people with following activities: Procurement of different agricultural produce direct through farmers (Using E Choupal Network). Follow up & manage external vendors (NBHC,NCMSL,CWC,SWC & pvt godown) & my team for ensuring quality & quantity, timely fumigation restacking etc. I made & implemented various type of reporting format for maintaining quality & quantity of stocked commodity.
