1. WORKSHOP VENUE AND DETAILS Angsana Ballroom 1, Angsana Fuxian Lake Hotel (Angsana) A name badge, hotel map, several documents concerning the workshop, will be waiting for you upon your check-in at Angsana. A binder containing all presentation materials will be provided to you at the workshop. Dress code for the workshop is business casual.

EXCURSIONS Wed 17 Apr from 10:30 onwards (incl light lunch, and dinner) A guided tour of World Natural Heritage Shilin Stone Forest, then proceed to Kunming city (return to Angsana at around 21:30) Fri 19 Apr from 14:00 onwards A guided tour of Fuxian Lake scenic area (return to Angsana at around 19:00) 6. TRANSPORTATION FROM KUNMING CHANGSHUI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ANGSANA Car Transfers provided by Angsana (Please make an advance booking for this service on your Registration Form.) The hotel car transfer is RMB 680 net per one way. For arrival pickup, the hotel staff will meet you at Arrival Hall. The traveling time between the airport and the hotel is approximately 80-90 minutes. For departure transfer, please confirm your departing time from hotel with the Concierge. 8. CURRENCY / TIME / VISA / WEATHER / ELECTRICITY VOLTAGE Local currency is Renminbi (RMB), and the exchange rate is around RMB 6.2 per US dollar. China is 8 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT + 08:00). Visitors must hold a valid passport, endorsed where necessary for China. April temperature in Kunming ranging from 15oC 25oC. Electricity in China is generally supplied in 220 volts, 50 Hz with 3-pin socket (see below).
