1st week ( 1 kg loss ) 5 days NOTE : THROUGHOUT ALL DIETS TEA AND COFFEE ALLOWED IN MORNING AND EVENING

1-5 days Early morning : 5 almonds ( this goes throughout the diet PLANS) Breakfast : cold coffee + 2 toast + little butter Lunch : 6 inch sub or veg sandwich ( 4 slices at home ) or paneer sandwich ( 3 slices ) or burger Eve : tea / diet coke + 4-5 marie biscuits or some fun flips (this goes throughout the diet PLANS) 7 pm : soup (not later than this ) Dinner 1 day 2 chicken seekh 1 day chicken tikka or seekh again 1 day 1 egg + 2 toast 1 day 2k yellow dal + salad only 1 day 2 toast + 3-4 pieces of raw paneer Nb : the order of dinner and lunch can be of any day for the 5 days and any diet option can be repeated on any one of the five days .

Next 4 days Thursday : bfst- veg sandwich / 2 toast + milk 12pm- 2 oranges lunch -2 roti + ghiya + kheera raita dinner : veg dalia or soup + 2 toast or 1 roti + ghiya

Friday : Bfst : milk+cornflakes Lunch and dinner : 2-2 stuffed gobhi roti + curd ( only 2 table spoon oil allowed) Eve : tea/coffee biscuits

2 fruits anytime allowed Saturday : Bfst : fresh orange juice or real active + marie biscuits only Lunch : magi or 1 roti and sabji Eve : same as above Dinner : soup + 1 toast + 1 egg

Sunday : Bfst : milk + fruits Lunch - 2 seekh + salad Eve : same as above Dinner 200 gms chicken in any form

Next 4 days Monday : Bfst : lunch : 1-1 onion roti + curd Eve : same as above Dinner : vegetable dalia

Tuesday : Bfst : milk+ cornflakes Lunch : 1 egg+ 2 toast Dinner- 4-5 pieces of grilled or roasted chicken + salad

Wed Bfst : milk+ 1 toast Lunch + dinner 1-1 packet magi each

Thurs : - only 1 meal a day ALL DAY LIQUIDS AND FRUITS The meal can be either lunch or dinner before 7 ( 2 ROTI + VEG + CURD ) LIQUIDS : JUICE , DIET COKE , MILK , LASSI , COCONUT WATER FRUITS : ANY

NEXT 1 WEEK

FRIDAY : Breakfast + lunch 1-1 bowl of veg poha Dinner : 3-4 pieces of chicken + salad Eve : tea coffee Tea coffee allowed . NO plain milk

Saturday : Breakfast : suji upma + green chutney Lunch and dinner : 3-4 idli + chutney + sambhar

NO MILK . Only tea or coffee

Sunday : Bfst : milk + 1 toast Lunch : 1 bown of veg macroni Dinner : bhel puri only 1 plate

Monday : Bfst + lunch - boiled egg sandwiches , a total of 4 slices only Eve : tea or coffee +biscuits Dinner 4-5 pieces of chicken grilled or roasted

Tuesday : Bfst : tea + 2 rusks Lunch and dinner : yellow daal + rice + salad Eve : tea or coffee and biscuits NO MILK

Wednesday : Breakfast + lunch : veg sandwiches ( 4 slices total ) Eve : same Dinner : soup + 4-5 chicken nuggets

Next 4 days Sunday : Bfst : milk + 1 toast Luncg rajma + rice Dinner : veg dalia or bhelpuri or chicken ( seekh or roasted or grilled chicken)

Monday : Bfst : cabbage sandwich + milk Lunch : 2 roti with cabbage sabji Dinner : veg dalia or soup + stir fried veggies

Tuesday : Bfst : milk + cornflakes/2rusks 12 pm : appy fizz or apple juice Between 2-6 pm after every 2-2 hours : Lassi + apple + cold coffee+limca+tea coffee 7 pm : tomato soup and 1 toast 8-9pm milk + 2 rusks 2 fruits at night

Next 4 days Wednesday Bfst + lunch 1 -1 bowl of veg macroni Dinner : soup and fruits

Thursday : Breakfast+lunch 1 1 packet of aata magi 7 pm bhel puri Fruits at night Friday Bfst + lunch 1- 1 bowl of poha Eve : 7 pm behl puri Night : fruits

Saturday Bfst- 1 egg + milk Lunch + dinner unlimited amounts of chicken in any form

Next 2 days days Sunday : Bfst : milk + cornflakes Lunch+dinner- 2-2 gobhi roti + curd

Monday : Bfst + lunch chicken sandwiches Dinner 2 chicken seekh + soup

Next 4 days

Tuesday : Bfst : milk + toast Lunch : rajma + salad Dinner : 2 chicken seekh

Wednesday Breakfast + lunch : bolied chicken sandwiches with mayo or butter or chutney Dinner 2 seekh

Thursday : Bfst : milk + cornflakes Lunch +Dinner : 2-2 muli roti or palak roti

Friday : Bfst+ lunch 1-1 bowl poha 7 pm soup

Dinner 2 katori sabji only and raita

Saturday : Bfst : tea + rusk Breakfast and lunch : kala chana with tari + rice
