She specializes in helping companies prevent and clear up miscommunications, and to communicate effectively across teams, departments, hierarchical levels, generations and cultures. Strengthening relationships and connection provides the foundation for businesses to flourish and creates a culture where people want to be. Patty has more than 25 years of experience in the field of communication as a corporate trainer, speaker, author, sales director, and TV news anchor. Jennie Hernandez Inspiration to Succeed

Jennie Hernandez is an internationally published author, parenting expert, corporate executive and motivational speaker. Several years ago, she was a bankrupt, single welfare mother, with no formal education or job experience. During this difficult time, her relationship with her seven at-risk children had reached a crisis point when she not only created solutions that changed her childrens lives, but transitioned her own to one of empowerment and prosperity. She has been featured on local and national television and radio. Several years ago, Jennie began working for one of the largest Indian tribes in the nation as the administrative assistant to their CEO. Within a few short years and several promotions later, she became their CEO and later held a similar position for another Southern California Indian tribe. Jennie is also a breast cancer survivor.
