KISS MY CAMERA 2013 DECLARATION FORM

Guidelines

1. The subject or location needs to fit the theme Western Australian original music: Eligible: Picture of WA act playing a show at Wembley Stadium England, Picture of non-WA star eating a hamburger in a Leederville caf. Not eligible: Picture of non-WA act playing at a location outside of WA. 2. Digital entries only 3. Each image must be submitted the following format: 7MB or less, jpg and 300dpi (for printing at approximately 16 x 20) 4. Images are to be named photographers Lastname_Firstname_EntryNumber_Title.jpg For example Citizen_John_1_Untitled.jpg 5. Works can be from any year, but cannot have been previously submitted to Kiss My Camera 6. Up to 5 images per person may be submitted 7. Hardcopy entries must include all images on a labelled disk, plus the Kiss My Camera 2013 Declaration Form.doc (can be hardcopy or digital) and a completed Contact and Image Details Form.xls form saved to the same disk as the images. Both are to be renamed; The declaration form to Photographers name_Kiss My Camera 2013 Declaration Form.doc The contact form to Photographers name_ Contact and Image Details Form.xls 8. Online entrants must email all images, a digital Kiss My Camera 2013 Declaration Form and a Contact and Image Details Form.xls to kissmycamera_8202@sendtodropbox.com . Please make sure theemail doesnt contain an email footer as this will be saved to the Dropbox. Both forms should also be renamed; The declaration form to Photographers name_Kiss My Camera 2013 Declaration Form.doc The contact form to Photographers name_ Contact and Image Details Form.xls 9. Both the Kiss My Camera 2013 Declaration Form and the Contact and Image Details Form.xls form can be downloaded from www.wam.asn.au/kissmycamera 10. Entry is free.

Conditions of Entry

Kiss My Camera is open to all current residents of Western Australia Delivered entries must arrive at WAM, Level 1, 58 James St, Northbridge, by 5pm WST on Monday 26 August 2013 Posted entries should be addressed to WAM at PO Box 171, Northbridge WA 6865, and will be accepted if postmarked by Monday 26 August 2013 Online entries must be emailed to kissmycamera_8202@sendtodropbox.com by 11.59pm WST, Monday 26 August 2013 Late entries will not be accepted Entries will not be returned WAM will notify successful photographers before 16 September 2013 The submitted images will be used for the selection of exhibition works WAM pays for the printing of the works and these prints remain the property of WAM. Copyright is retained by the artist All those who submit to the showcase agree to have their work displayed in the Western Australian Museums, other WAM exhibition events, used for promotional purposes and available to view online WAM will exercise all reasonable care with the entries but will not be responsible for any loss or damage while in its custody

By entering the competition you confirm that you are the creator and owner of the work and that you have the permission of the subject to be exhibited The judging panels decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into Works can be from any year but cannot have been submitted to previous Kiss My Camera competitions Entry to the competition is free Entrants may enter up to 5 images All entrants must agree to meet the file size and naming requirements listed under Guidelines.
