Professional Services

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Basic Services

of Funeral Director, Staff, and Overhead

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) This fee includes the following: Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to initial call Arrangement Conference Coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased Clerical assistance in the completion of various forms and permits associated with a funeral Also covers overhead, including facility maintenance, equipment and inventory costs, insurance and administration expenses, and governmental compliance $1,595.00

Preparation

of the Body

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Children and Infant Services

The Professional service charge for children under the age of seven is one-half the charge of the professional service fees for adult services. Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party, or the decedents survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements, is entitled to receive a copy of any pre-need agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

This charge includes removal of remains, basic service of staff, necessary authorizations, embalming, use of preparation room and transportation to local airport or other place of shipment within a 45-mile radius (excluding shipping charges and shipping container). This charge does not include visitation or ceremonies. This charge applies to shipment within the continental U.S. only. Starting at $1,935.00

Immediate Burial

Immediate Burial

with no Ceremonial Rites

Includes basic services of funeral director, staff and overhead; local transportation of the remains to the mortuary; delivery of casketed remains to the place of immediate burial, secure and file the death certificate and burial permit; and refrigeration. You may choose a casket other than the one described below. A complete casket and outer burial container price list will be provided at the funeral home. If you elect this limited service option, please understand that Immediate Burial does not include any ceremonial rites. We perform the delivery of the casketed remains to the place of burial as our scheduling allows usually before 8:30AM. Any scheduled deliveries after 8:30AM will be treated as a graveside service and billed accordingly. Immediate burial with minimum casket from our facility. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are alternative containers and other cremation containers, including containers made of wood, containers made of fiberboard, and containers made of other composite materials. See descriptions below. We also offer a selection of cremation-oriented caskets. Our charges for direct cremation (without ceremony) include removal of remains, transportation to crematory, refrigeration and basic services of staff. The crematory fee is included. Direct Cremation does not include any fees for viewing or identification of the remains. These options include most service items and products usually associated with a traditional funeral service. The service components include the Basic Service of Funeral Director and Staff and Overhead; Preparation Services; Transfer of Deceased from Place of Death to Funeral Home; Use of Facilities and Staff: Visitation; and Graveside, Church or Chapel Service. Transfer of remains and all vehicle use is within Orange County, additional distance will be charged according to our General Price List. Additional charges will apply on holidays and weekends. Services do not include cemetery services and merchandise, state or city sales taxes, or cash advance items. The prices below represent a package price. Merchandise selections may be upgraded in each plan, if you so desire. Downgrading of merchandise or a reduction in the overall Total Plan Price is not permitted.
