INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this proposal is to inform about the seminar that will conducted by Bachelor of International Business (final year student) on the semester 2 2012/ 2013. Among the resolutions included in this proposal are the estimated cost and the activities undertaken on the seminar. This paper also aims to facilitate the planning and implementation of the reference in the program.

BACKGROUND
This seminar is to manage the relationship between International Business and International Relations are among the most significant challenges facing the world economy and environment. It is commonly believed that the difficulty of striking the right regulatory balance has been made even greater by globalization, a phenomenon rife with implications for the relationship between international business and international relation.

OBJECTIVE As one of the completion for course of final year project. Give student the opportunity to manage their own project. Train student to engage with the real world situation while conducting the project. Provide opportunities for student to experience work in a team. To comprehend the important societal dimension of diversity, environmental concerns, ethics and technological change including the broad range of international business issues from an interdisciplinary viewpoint. To synthesize a comprehensive perspective rather than just an international business management viewpoint.
