LA Region has 9 countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Trinidad, Venezuela 3 different main languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English More than 7,000 employees Annual headcount increase of more than 10% in the last 3 years Before GlobalEnglish/BELIT implementation - different methodologies to assess candidates English skills across the region

GLOBALENGLISH BELIT SOLUTION

BELIT X SECOND LANGUAGE POLICY


Based on BELIT results, employees are encouraged to engage in English class, in case of improvement need.

All employees under Second Language Program non GlobalEnglish users need to be assessed in BELIT every 6 months to be entitled to a full reimbursment and to guarantee continuous learning.
