PROJECT WORK/ TRAINING Implant Training on Study of Manufacturing Stages of Locomotives at Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Jhansi during winter in 2010. I studied various components and steps to manufacture a locomotive and saw some test or inspection on locomotive. (December10) Project Work on Analysis of Manufacturing process of Die Casted Rotor at Institute of Technology, Varanasi (BHU) under Dr. S.K. Sharma, HOD, Mechanical Engineering Dept., during summer in 2011. My area of work was to analyze manufacturing process of die casting as Pressure Die Casting Process and locate minimum pressure point on Rotor Die. (May-June11) Industrial visit (implant) for Manufacturing Terminology, at Irrigation Workshop Division, Jhansi during summer in 2012. I studied the manufacturing techniques of vast sized pipes & huge gates for Dam. (May12) Done final year project work on Modified short arc gas metal arc welding under Dr. D. Singaravelu, Dept. of Production Engineering at NIT-TRICHY during the 8th semester. I analyzed less metal deposition in GMAW. (Feb-May13)
