About your Marketing Mentor

Paul Decker, MSM Paul has worked and traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe and Asia, as a Sales and Marketing Executive. Starting with Xerox and later with Bausch & Lomb, he honed his skills in product development, vendor contracts, CRM and international marketing as his career evolved with other organizations. Paul has written business-related articles and speaks to organizations on topics such as sales, marketing, organizational development, international customer development, ethical leadership and creative innovation. He is also the co-founder of Maverick Innovation Lab in Delafield.
